If you've ever had to juggle a separate DocuSign login just to get a new agent's paperwork signed, you know how much friction that adds to an already busy onboarding process. Jumping between platforms, tracking down signed copies, and manually saving completed documents back into an agent's file all take time that brokerages don't have to spare.

That friction ends today. E-signature is now built directly into Procasa OnBoard.

Onboard Smarter. Produce Faster.

E-signature has been one of the most requested additions to the OnBoard platform, and it's finally here. Now, the entire onboarding journey, from welcome packet to signed agreement, happens in one place. No extra software, no extra login, no extra cost of a standalone e-signature subscription.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

Integrated. Signing templates and packets live right inside OnBoard alongside the rest of an agent's onboarding materials. There's nothing new to learn and nothing new to manage separately.

Secure. Every signature request is encrypted and compliant, so brokerages can trust that sensitive agreements are handled the right way from the moment they're sent.

Efficient. What used to require exporting documents, uploading them to a third-party tool, and manually tracking who signed what now happens with a few clicks and a built-in status tracker.

Connected. Once a document is signed, it doesn't just disappear into an inbox. It's automatically saved back to the agent's profile, creating a permanent, easy-to-find record without any manual filing.

Why This Matters for Brokerages

Onboarding a new agent already involves a lot of moving parts: culture, training, tools, paperwork. Every extra system in that process is another place for something to fall through the cracks. By bringing e-signature into OnBoard itself, market centers get one continuous workflow instead of a patchwork of platforms, and one less line item on the software budget.

What's Next

This launch is just the first phase. We're already developing a Bulk Send capability that will extend e-signature beyond onboarding, letting market centers send signature packets to any agent or group of agents already in their roster. Think compliance updates, policy acknowledgments, or new forms that need a signature well after an agent has already joined. The plan includes agent filtering and search, a select-all option for sending to large groups at once, and automatic email notifications to designated team members once a packet is completed, in addition to the same automatic saving to the agent's profile.

We'll share more as that phase comes together, but the goal remains the same: give market centers one platform that handles the full agent lifecycle, from the first day forward.

E-signature in Procasa OnBoard is live now.
